Ronald Lesser, MD
Chief Executive Officer, (Co-founder)
Dr. Lesser is responsible for overseeing current and new product development and
conceptualization. Since 1986, Dr. Lesser has practiced at a major Mid-Atlantic medical center,
where he is currently professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery. His medical practice
concentrates on the diagnosis and the medical and surgical treatment of epilepsy and on
electrophysiological investigation of the central nervous system. Dr. Lesser has over 30
years of experience in computer programming, medical records, and the codifying of
medical information, and has been an active participant in the development of
information systems methodologies for his current institution. His most recent software
application to automate electroencephalographic (EEG) reports is used throughout his
current institution’s Neurology department. Dr. Lesser has designed various other
software applications, has been involved in previous inventions and patents, and is the
inventor of Minosa’s patent pending documentation and billing engine.
Michael E. Hull
Chief Technology Officer (Co-founder)
Since January 1995, Mr. Hull has served as the co-founder, President, and CEO of Ernest
& Allen, Inc., a privately held web development and consulting company that
specializes in e-Business and software development. Mr. Hull has successfully
implemented complex, secure web applications for customers including
Microsoft, Compaq, the Department of Defense, Mid-State Bank, and
MTV. His experience with
Microsoft’s entire line of servers, operating systems, and programming languages
combined with his knowledge of Internet technology, business management, product
development, and e-Business is a tremendous asset to the Company. He is a project
manager, team leader, programmer, graphic designer, and computer hardware engineer. Mr.
Hull speaks at technology-oriented symposiums and conducts private technology seminars.
David A. Lesser
Chief Operating Officer (Co-founder)
As the co-founder of Ernest & Allen, Inc. with Mr. Hull, Mr. Lesser worked for 2
years as the company’s COO and managed day-to-day operations during the company’s
initial growth period. Currently, Mr. Lesser maintains constant contact with all divisions of
the company. He manages the Company finances, works closely with the Company’s
business consultants, assists the product development team in designing product
features, heads business development projects, and assists the
Company's intellectual property
attorneys in the implementation of present and future company patent applications. Mr.
Lesser received his B.S. in finance cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and his
J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Mr. Lesser is
a practicing attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California.
