answered as quickly as possible at no charge. The written description of your problem
helps us clarify the problem and prepare an answer more effectively. If the problem can
not be resolved via e-mail, a representative from Minosa will contact you promptly for
further assistance.
Telephone Support
For answers to your urgent technical or application questions, Minosa’s trained staff
is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays by calling 1-562-841-8379. After hours telephone support is available for
emergency situations. These services are offered at no charge for the six months
following delivery of Minosa. Extended support contracts are available through
Minosa’s Support Department.
On-site Support
Minosa arrives ready to use. For an additional charge, representatives from Minosa can
come to your site to set up the equipment for you. For additional security, Minosa can
provide on-site maintenance. This service is also available at an additional annual
charge and will be quoted at time of order.
